Traversing The Three Nordic Islands
In the winter of 2024, Joseph Gandrieau embarked on the greatest expedition of his life: traversing the three mythical Nordic islands - the Faroe Islands, Iceland, and Greenland. The project was driven by a desire to disconnect from city life and fully embrace the outdoors, stemming from a craving for physical challenges and a wish to completely immerse himself in true wilderness. Joseph will produce an adventure film while on this adventure, with the hope to raise awareness about nature and encourage people to live their dreams.
This adventure spanned across the first two islands in the heart of the icy winter, first, hiking through the Faroe Islands, and on to Iceland, skiing with a 60kg pulk, from South to North. From there, he set sail to Greenland at the end of spring for an expedition lasting over two months.
