Summitting Mount Everest

Kenton Cool is a mountain guide and one of the world’s leading high-altitude climbers. His CV includes all Seven Summits — the highest mountain on each of the seven continents — as well as Mount Everest, which he has now summitted an impressive eighteen times.

As he packed for his latest ascent in May 2024, we went to find out how he got into climbing, made a career from his passion for the outdoors, and the importance of inspiring the next generation.
