Firepot fuels Big Red Nose Day Challenge

To raise money for Red Nose Day 2023, television celebrities Emma Willis, Oti Mabuse and Rylan Clark were given the challenge of reaching the summit of Scotland's Cairn Gorm mountain by the BBC.

With a day's training in snow survival skills, they started their hike in Braemar, in the foothills of the mountains.

The trio spent three days and two nights braving the winter conditions of the Scottish Highlands. Emma, Oti and Rylan spent three days and two nights trying to reach the summit in the face of 70mph winds. Unaccustomed to carrying backpacks, sleeping outdoors and adapting to such winter conditions, they struggle with nights spent camping in the rain, and are forced to wait for a weather window to make the summit. Their team chose Firepot's warming meals to fuel their challenge in the depths of winter.

Comic relief raised £31,952,141 to support people struggling with homelessness, mental health, and food poverty in the UK.
